3, 2, 1 – It’s Cake!

I’m going to apologize right now. You’re just two minutes away from fresh “baked” cake… literally two minutes… it’s scary.

You’ll need:
1 box Angel Food cake mix
1 box any other cake mix
Water

Mix the two cake mixes together in a plastic bag.

Then place 3 tablespoons of the mixed cake mixes into an ungreased ramekin or small bowl.

Mix 2 tablespoons of water with cake mix.

Microwave for 1 minute. It’s not the prettiest cake, but it is surprisingly delicious!

So to recap: 3 tbs of cake mix, 2 tbs of water, nuke for 1 minute.
